Jack's goal is to educate and inform the business community as well as individuals with disabilities about their rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

ADA Consulting
When it comes to the ADA, information and education are preferable to litigation. His goal is to provide as much information as possible to you. Jack conducts on-site field investigation and examines businesses' shortcomings, advises what they can do to improve, what they can do to make their business more user friendly, and what they can do to avoid liability. Fieldwork is followed by a detailed report, the appropriate references to call, and recommendations to follow.

In his attempt to make you more proactive, Jack answers a lot of questions over the phone and works with managers of existing buildings in meeting ADA standards.

Why ADA Consulting? A Word from Jack
I was born with cerebral palsy , so I know firsthand roadblocks that exist, such as curbs and stairways that are physically inaccessible to people with disabilities.

While it is gratifying to see that changes have been made and new construction is user friendly, there are still many places that have not become more accessible.

My forte is individual, clear-cut directions and suggestions to improve the quality of your workplace to meet ADA requirements.
